Telnyx
How to get your Telnyx API key and connect it to Nova Admin.
Go to the Telnyx Mission Control Portal (portal.telnyx.com) → Account Settings → API Keys and create a V2 API Key. Paste the key below — it is sent as a Bearer token.
Prerequisites
- A Telnyx account. Sign up at https://developers.telnyx.com/api.
- An active Nova Admin workspace. Go to /agents/integrations to connect.
Steps
- Go to Telnyx API v2 Documentation.
- Create a new API key / API Key (starts with
KEY…) and copy it immediately — most providers show it only once. - In Nova Admin, go to /agents/integrations, find Telnyx, and paste the values into the credential dialog.

Troubleshooting
- Invalid credentials: verify the key was copied in full with no trailing spaces.
- Key not working: check that your Telnyx account has API access enabled and billing is active if required.
