Postalytics
How to get your Postalytics API key and connect it to Nova Admin.
Enter your Postalytics API key to send direct mail (postcards, letters, self mailers), manage contacts, campaigns, and templates, and read delivery tracking. Find your key in the Postalytics dashboard under Account > API.
Prerequisites
- A Postalytics account. Sign up at https://docs.postalytics.com/.
- An active Nova Admin workspace. Go to /agents/integrations to connect.
Steps
- Go to Postalytics API Documentation.
- Create a new API key / API Key (starts with
Your Postalytics API key) and copy it immediately — most providers show it only once. - In Nova Admin, go to /agents/integrations, find Postalytics, and paste the values into the credential dialog.

Troubleshooting
- Invalid credentials: verify the key was copied in full with no trailing spaces.
- Key not working: check that your Postalytics account has API access enabled and billing is active if required.
