Apollo
How to get your Apollo API key and connect it to Nova Admin.
Go to Settings → Integrations → API in Apollo (https://app.apollo.io/#/settings/integrations/api) to create an API key. Some endpoints (search, contact/account writes, sequences) require a master API key.
Prerequisites
- A Apollo account. Sign up at https://docs.apollo.io/reference/introduction-to-the-apollo-api.
- An active Nova Admin workspace. Go to /agents/integrations to connect.
Steps
- Go to Apollo API Documentation.
- Create a new API key / API Key (starts with
Your Apollo API key) and copy it immediately — most providers show it only once. - In Nova Admin, go to /agents/integrations, find Apollo, and paste the values into the credential dialog.

Troubleshooting
- Invalid credentials: verify the key was copied in full with no trailing spaces.
- Key not working: check that your Apollo account has API access enabled and billing is active if required.
