PageSpeed Insights
How to get your PageSpeed Insights API key and connect it to Nova Admin.
PageSpeed Insights runs Lighthouse audits and retrieves real-user field data. An API key increases your rate limit from 25 to 400 queries per 100 seconds.
Prerequisites
- A PageSpeed Insights account. Sign up at https://console.cloud.google.com/apis/credentials.
- An active Nova Admin workspace. Go to /agents/integrations to connect.
Steps
- Go to Create API key in Google Cloud Console.
- Create a new API key / API Key (starts with
AIza…) and copy it immediately — most providers show it only once. - In Nova Admin, go to /agents/integrations, find PageSpeed Insights, and paste the values into the credential dialog.

Troubleshooting
- Invalid credentials: verify the key was copied in full with no trailing spaces.
- Key not working: check that your PageSpeed Insights account has API access enabled and billing is active if required.
