How to get your Parallel API key and connect it to Nova Admin.
Go to https://platform.parallel.ai to create an API key.
Prerequisites
- A Parallel account. Sign up at https://docs.parallel.ai.
- An active Nova Admin workspace. Go to /agents/integrations to connect.
Steps
- Go to Parallel AI API Documentation.
- Create a new API key / API Key (starts with
Your Parallel API key) and copy it immediately — most providers show it only once. - In Nova Admin, go to /agents/integrations, find Parallel, and paste the values into the credential dialog.

Troubleshooting
- Invalid credentials: verify the key was copied in full with no trailing spaces.
- Key not working: check that your Parallel account has API access enabled and billing is active if required.
