InterFax
How to get your InterFax API key and connect it to Nova Admin.
Sign in to your InterFax account (interfax.net). Use your InterFax account username and password below — they are sent to the REST API as HTTP Basic credentials.
Prerequisites
- A InterFax account. Sign up at https://docs.uplandsoftware.com/interfax/documentation/api/rest/rest-api-reference.
- An active Nova Admin workspace. Go to /agents/integrations to connect.
Steps
- Go to InterFax REST API Reference.
- Create a new API key / Password (starts with
Your InterFax account password) and copy it immediately — most providers show it only once. - Note any additional required values: Username (e.g.
Your InterFax account username). - In Nova Admin, go to /agents/integrations, find InterFax, and paste the values into the credential dialog.

Troubleshooting
- Invalid credentials: verify the key was copied in full with no trailing spaces.
- Key not working: check that your InterFax account has API access enabled and billing is active if required.
