Dropcontact
How to get your Dropcontact API key and connect it to Nova Admin.
Go to Settings → API in Dropcontact (https://app.dropcontact.com) to copy your API access token, then paste it here.
Prerequisites
- A Dropcontact account. Sign up at https://developer.dropcontact.com/.
- An active Nova Admin workspace. Go to /agents/integrations to connect.
Steps
- Go to Dropcontact API Documentation.
- Create a new API key / API Token (starts with
Your Dropcontact access token) and copy it immediately — most providers show it only once. - In Nova Admin, go to /agents/integrations, find Dropcontact, and paste the values into the credential dialog.

Troubleshooting
- Invalid credentials: verify the key was copied in full with no trailing spaces.
- Key not working: check that your Dropcontact account has API access enabled and billing is active if required.
