PostGrid
How to get your PostGrid API key and connect it to Nova Admin.
Enter your PostGrid API key to send physical mail (postcards, letters, cheques, self mailers) and verify or autocomplete addresses. Find your key in the PostGrid dashboard under API Keys.
Prerequisites
- A PostGrid account. Sign up at https://docs.postgrid.com/.
- An active Nova Admin workspace. Go to /agents/integrations to connect.
Steps
- Go to PostGrid API Documentation.
- Create a new API key / API Key (starts with
live_… or test_…) and copy it immediately — most providers show it only once. - In Nova Admin, go to /agents/integrations, find PostGrid, and paste the values into the credential dialog.

Troubleshooting
- Invalid credentials: verify the key was copied in full with no trailing spaces.
- Key not working: check that your PostGrid account has API access enabled and billing is active if required.
